The DPI Academy designs and delivers courses focused on showcasing the DPI approach (from implementation to governance) to improve public service delivery. Our courses are tailored for key decision-makers within government, from civil servants to administrative officers at the frontline, system integrators, consultants and broader civil society. Our courses are tailored to address the unique training needs of each participant. We develop our pedagogical methods and conduct training needs assessments through in-depth consultations with our partner institutes, carefully considering the specific profiles of the participants attending each course.
Our faculty includes some of the leading experts in DPI governance. We collaborate with renowned scholars on DPI and invite subject matter experts to deliver specific course segments. Our Chairperson, Mr. Satyanarayana, also contributes to our courses based on his extensive experience in e-governance.
